Cancellation policy

What happens if you cancel, based on how long before pickup you cancel.

1. Within 2 days of pickupThe first rental day is retained.
2. More than 2 days before pickupAmounts paid are refundable.

How to cancel

Open the rental link we send after you book (your rental Tracker) and choose Cancel. You can also contact us.

Good to know

• Submitting a booking request or completing a CC Authorization does not by itself guarantee the rental. The rental is confirmed only after the rental company approves it and any payment or other approval requirements shown for the rental are satisfied.
• If the rental is still in Request and has not been approved, the renter may withdraw the request without a cancellation fee. After approval, the cancellation schedule above applies.
• After approval, a cancellation fee that is not fully covered by amounts already paid may become an additional amount due under the signed cancellation terms and any applicable card authorization.
• The policy in effect when you book is the one that applies to your rental. It’s included in your rental agreement.
